Safe Harbor Solutions is a mission-driven consulting and direct-services organization dedicated to helping communities end homelessness through innovative, evidence-based, and equity-centered approaches. Our team brings decades of frontline, administrative, and system-level expertise across California—designing programs, leading crisis response, and advancing long-term solutions that change lives.
Our Mission
Our mission is to support communities in creating coordinated, effective, and compassionate systems of care. We believe every individual deserves dignity, stability, and access to housing and health services. We help jurisdictions implement strategic, outcome-driven programs that reduce homelessness, improve public health, and strengthen community well-being.
Our Approach
We combine lived experience, practitioner knowledge, system design expertise, and cross-sector collaboration to uncover gaps, identify opportunities, and develop solutions that work.
